Contemporary Museum

The Contemporary Museum in Wrocław - The Museum was opened on 2 September 2011 and aims to exhibit, popularize and collect contemporary art collections.

The current temporary seat is located at Strzegomski Square, in an air-raid shelter built for civilians in 1942, designed by Richard Konwiarz. The exhibition activities of MWW focus on presenting contemporary and Wroclaw art of the second half of the 20th century. MWW also focuses on education and social programs for the local Wrocław citizens.
