Racławice Panorama

Panorama Racławicka - an art museum in Wrocław, a branch of the National Museum in Wrocław, founded in 1893 in Lviv, since 1980 in Wrocław.

It exhibits a cycloramic painting The Battle of Racławice painted in 1893-1894 by a team of painters led by Jan Styka and Wojciech Kossak. The oil painting depicts the Battle of Racławice (1794), one of the episodes of the Kosciuszko Uprising, the victory of the Polish troops under the command of Gen. Tadeusz Kościuszko over the Russian army under the command of Gen. Alexander Tormasov.
